Acceptance

This website is operated by Put It On Print ("Put It On Print," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, creating an account, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the policies they include by reference: our Artwork and Proofs terms, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Payment policy, and Returns and Reprints policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

You represent that you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you order on behalf of a team, school, business, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

Custom Products and Pricing

Every item is decorated to order with the artwork, placements, garment, colours, and sizes you choose. Garment specifications, available colours, and sizing are provided as a guide and come from our blank-garment suppliers; please review size charts before ordering.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and depend on garment, quantity, decoration method, number of placements, and (for screen printing) number of ink colours. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. A written quote is valid for the period stated on it. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders, Proofs, and Cancellations

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including one we believe is fraudulent, one whose artwork we decline under our Artwork and Proofs terms, or one we cannot produce as specified. If we cancel, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Custom orders do not go into production until you approve a proof. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve the proof. Once a proof is approved, garments are ordered and decorated for you alone, so the order can no longer be cancelled or changed. Changes requested after approval are at our discretion and may add cost and time.

Your Artwork

Artwork you submit is governed by our Artwork and Proofs terms, which include your promise that you hold the rights to it and your agreement to indemnify us against claims about it.

Text Messages (SMS)

Put It On Print sends text messages only to people who have opted in, for example by ticking the text-message box at checkout or by texting our support number first. Messages are about your orders and support requests: order status, proof notifications, shipping updates, and replies from our team. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in to them.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies with your order and support activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we will send one message confirming the opt-out and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email support@putitonprint.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number; we never share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Our Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including its text, graphics, photographs, layout, and the Put It On Print name and marks, is owned by Put It On Print or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise commercialize it without our prior written consent. This does not affect your rights in artwork you submit.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to: (a) use this site unlawfully; (b) interfere with the site or anyone else's use of it, including by probing, scanning, or overloading it; (c) scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from it by automated means; (d) test payment cards or place orders with payment details you are not authorized to use; or (e) use the site to send unsolicited advertising.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for the commitments in our Returns and Reprints policy, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Put It On Print and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or the cost of a missed event, arising out of or related to this site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Put It On Print and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or artwork you submit.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Put It On Print is based in Windsor, California.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the rest of these Terms remain in effect.

These Terms and the policies they include by reference are the entire agreement between you and Put It On Print about your use of this site and your orders, except where a written quote or invoice we issue states different terms for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms last changed.
